There are times in our lives when we either decided to protect ourselves…or we decide not to. And though wearing a seatbelt is a law now-a-days, it’s certainly not one that everyone follows all the time…including cops that are suppose to enforce the law. And really, it is not a law to annoy us, but rather to protect us.
