Did you know that only two-thirds of women have symptoms when they have been infected with the STD trichomoniasis or trich. Also the majority of men infected with the disease have no symptoms at all.
When symptoms are present they are usually some for of discharge and painful urination.
Even though you may not have any symptoms of trich you can still spread the disease if you are having unprotected intercourse. Trich is usually contracted upon a co-infection of another. So trich is the STD that keeps on giving. Just make sure if you have been diagnosed with trichomoniasis you get a panel STD test so that you can be sure you are clean.
